WebFile and WebPay for Electricity Excise Tax
WebFile for Electricity Excise Tax is a
FREE online application that allows you to file your Form RPU-13, Electricity Excise Tax Return or Form RPU-13-X, Amended Electricity Excise Tax Return.
If you use this program you must also pay your tax electronically. You may use one of our other electronic payment programs or you may pay your Electricity Excise Tax when filing using the WebFile
program. The electronic payment is deducted from your business's
checking account that you enter. This program also allows you to
use a credit memorandum when making a payment. Businesses may use
this method to pay the following liabilities:
- RPU-50, Public Utilities Quarter-Monthly Payment
- RPU-13, Electricity Excise Tax Return
- RPU-13-X, Amended Electricity Excise Tax Return
You do not need to complete a separate registration
to use this on-line program. We will send you a Personal Identification
Number (PIN) required to use the program. If you have not received
