MyTax Illinois is the new FREE online application that allows you to file and pay your ST-1, Sales and Use Tax and E911 Surcharge Return and ST-2, Multiple Site Form. MyTax Illinois can also be used to make any additional ST-1 payments or any RR-3, Sales and Use Tax Quarter-Monthly Payments.
