What does the Certificate of Registration look like?

Our current certificate of registration is a letter-sized, white sheet of paper with black type that identifies the taxes for which you are responsible.  It provides your Illinois business tax (IBT) number and, if applicable, your license number.  The seal of the State of Illinois is printed on the bottom of the certificate. 

Your Certificate of Registration is accompanied by an LTR-504 cover letter when it is mailed to you.
