The answer depends on what method you use to file your application, the number of registration applications that we are currently processing, and whether or not we have all the information we need to process your application.
If we have all the information that we need and you register online or in person, you should receive your certificate of registration about 2 weeks after we process your application. If you register by mail, you should receive your certificate in about 6-8 weeks.
