What should I do if the online business registration application will not let me enter my SSN more than once?

I hold more than one corporate officer position for my business; however, the online business registration application will not let me enter my Social Security Number more than once. What do I do?

The online business registration application only allows you to enter a Social Security number once when you identify your officers and owners. If the same person occupies more than one position, enter the Social Security number once and put a check in the checkbox next to each position that the person holds.
