Why do I get a screen indicating there are “Technical Difficulties” when I try to access your IL-1040 Web File program?

If you lose your connection or accidentally close your browser, the system thinks you are still in an active session when you try to log back in right away. The system takes about 20 minutes to recognize that your session is no longer active. You will then be able to use Web file again.
