Are extensions for insurance, self-insurance, tort liability, IMRF, audit, and FICA subject to the Property Tax Extension Limitation Law (PTELL) limit?

Yes. All funds are subject to the limitation except those exempted specifically in 35 ILCS 200/18-185.
