What is the motor fuel tax rate for the State of Illinois?
The motor fuel tax rate is as follows:
for gasoline and gasohol, the rate is $0.19 per gallon.
the diesel fuel rate is an additional 2.5 cents per gallon for a total of $0.215 per gallon.
