How can I obtain a copy of my Form W-2, Wage and Tax Statement?
Form W-2, Wage and Tax Statement, is prepared by your employer. W-2 forms for a calendar year must be furnished to employees not later than February 15 following the close of the calendar year. Please contact your employer to request a copy.
