Can I find general information letters on your web site?

Can I view copies of general information letters (GILs) and letter rulings the department has issued online?

Yes.  Copies of general information letters issued by the department are available on our web site.  Letter rulings are available for both sales and use tax and income tax and are organized by the year in which they were issued.
