Can I amend returns on which I reported my Manufacturer's Purchase Credit (MPC) earned and used?

Yes.  You can file an amended return for each using the following forms:

• ST-16-X, Amended Annual Report of Manufacturer's Purchase Credit Earned.
• ST-17-X, Amended Annual Report of Manufacturer's Purchase Credit Used.
