How do I enter a foreign address on my IL-1040?

If you are filing your IL-1040, Individual Income Tax Return, and have a foreign address, write your street address on the "mailing address" line.  Write the rest of the information on the "City, State, ZIP" line in the following order: City, province or state, and country.  Follow the country's practice for entering the postal code.  Do not abbreviate the country name.
