Are there any electronic payment methods for business income tax?
There are three electronic options to make payments for businesses.
- WebPay for Business Taxes Program - To use this option you must register with Illinois Department of Revenue and set up an account for business income tax, withholding income tax or sales tax prior to making a payment. No PIN is required. To register on-line click on this link: https://mytax.illinois.gov/?link=REG1.
- Modernized e-File (MeF) through the IRS. You may send a tax payment/extension payment, estimated payments or both in a single transmission with or without your return.
