Schedule BC, Composite Return Membership, is the second page of Form IL-1023-C, Composite Income and Replacement Tax Return, for tax years ending on or after December 31, 2006. You are required to complete this schedule and provide the department with the requested information regarding all of the members you have included in the composite return. You must use the department-approved form. A print out is not acceptable.
