Do I need to file Form IL-W-3?

For tax years ending on or before December 31, 2007 you will need to file Form IL-W-3, Illinois Annual Withholding Income Tax Return.  For tax years ending on or after January 1, 2008, Form IL-W-3 is no longer required.
