How does the State Sales Tax Holiday affect me as a retailer?
You must adjust your method of collecting sales tax so that beginning on August 6, 2010, and ending at the close of business August 15, 2010, you will collect the reduced tax rate on qualifying items. Please see FY 2010-17 for more information.
