Can I file an IL-1120 return or an IL-1120-ST return with no payment?
Yes. As part of the IRS MeF program we have designed the program to allow the taxpayer to file the return by itself. You also have the ability to send a tax/extension payment and pay estimated payments with or without sending your tax return.
