Am I entitled to a discount on my ST-1 Sales and Use Tax and E911 Surcharge Return?

Yes, you are entitled to a discount of 1.75 (.0175) percent as long as the return is filed and paid by the due date.

NOTE:  If you are an annual filer, you are entitled to a discount of 1.75 percent or $5, whichever is greater.  Your discount may not exceed your tax on receipts.
