I understand that in 2013 the Form 1099-G will no longer be automatically mailed. How do I continue to have Form 1099-G mailed to me?
In Step 13 of the IL-1040, please put a check mark in the box next to the wording "Form 1099-G Information." By marking this box you will continue to have a paper Form 1099-G mailed to you.
