The department transfers most requests only once a day. However, changes that the primary user initiates for logon purposes (e.g. adding new logons or adjusting settings and passwords for existing logons) occur immediately – usually within a minute or two. Requests that are retrieved only once a day are considered pending at the time they are made (e.g. payments you have scheduled for the future or a tax return) and will not show in the “activity” tab until the daily retrieval is done by the department or the date of payment.
